2. Nature of the Service: Independent Referral Platform
You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
- Referral Only: Texas Tree Removal Pros is an independent referral service. We are NOT a tree-service company, arboricultural firm, landscaping contractor, or direct employer of tree workers.
- No Ownership of Equipment: We do not own, maintain, or operate bucket trucks, cranes, chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, or tree-felling equipment.
- Independent Contractors: Any tree service professional or company to whom you are referred is an independent contractor. Independent contractors are not partners, agents, employees, joint venturers, or subcontractors of Texas Tree Removal Pros.
- No Direct Work: Texas Tree Removal Pros does not perform physical tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, or any tree-care operations.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship & User Due Diligence
When you connect with an independent tree contractor through our referral service:
- Direct Contract: Any agreement, contract, work order, guarantee, or financial transaction for tree services is formed solely and exclusively between you (the property owner/customer) and the independent contractor.
- Independent Verification: It is your sole responsibility to confirm that the independent contractor possesses the specific licenses, municipal registrations, commercial general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage suitable for your project before allowing work to begin on your property.
- Pricing & Estimates: All estimates, prices, payment terms, and scheduling commitments are established directly by the independent contractor. Texas Tree Removal Pros has no control over contractor pricing or availability.
4. Limitation of Liability

(e) Delays in response times, missed appointments, or contractor unavailability.
- Tree removal and heavy equipment operations carry inherent risks. You agree that your sole remedy for any dispute regarding tree work is directly against the independent contractor who performed the work.
